HR Generalist
The HR Generalist is responsible for the day-to-day management of the people and processes. You will manage both the administrative and talent acquisition tasks on behalf of the company.
- Ownership of entire recruiting pipeline: create job posts, review resumes for basic qualifications, conduct interviews, negotiate salaries and benefits, conduct onboarding
- Maintain awareness of ongoing business needs and recommend new relevant job positions
- Stay up-to-date with recruiting trends, U.S. immigration laws, state employment laws, and federal and state employment tax laws
